Wasserpumpe tauschen

Hallo Leute.

Ich werde die Wasserpumpe sowie den Keilriemen demnächst tauschen. Hat das schon mal jemand hier im Forum selber gemacht ? Baut man dazu die Stoßstange am besten ab oder geht's auf der Bühne auch von unten? Falls es sonst noch irgendwelche Tipps gibt jederzeit gerne vielen Dank vorab und liebe Grüße

Geht gut auch ohne Abbau der Stoßstange, ist ja schon Jahre her, das ich das gemacht habe.
Es gibt zwei Versionen von Wasserpumpen beim 1l, soweit ich das noch weiß. Mit und ohne Riemenscheibe. Mit nehmen, die Alte geht nach den Jahren eh nicht mehr runter.

wapu hat eigentlich nix, undist ja komischerweise auch nicht empfohlen zu tauschen, aber da ich den keilriemen sowieso machen muss........

Wenn sie nix hat und das Wapu Lager noch gut ist, laß sie drin. Meines war hin, schepperte und hatte leichten Wasserverlust.

Habe ich ehrlich gesagt auch schon gedacht da es sicher um Toyota Qualität handelt und es irgendwie er heißt nichts reparieren was nicht kaputt ist. Allerdings ist es vom Gefühl her komisch den Keilriemen zu tauschen und die Wasserpumpe nicht automatisch mitzumachen. Aktuellen Heimgebrauch ist auch noch eine Frage wie stark man den Riemen spannt und wie es gibt ja da so eine heimwerkermethode mit einer viertel Drehung die der Riemen haben soll

Geht nichts über Originalteile vom Band, wenn sie noch gut sind. Meine zweite Wapu hält jetzt auch schon über 130.000km, glücklicherweise, die erste war halt undicht und dann das Lager hin.
Keilriemenspannung laut WHB bei Neu: 5,8-7,0mm Durchbiegung bei 10,2kg Druck
bei Wartung 8,0-11,0mm, Meßpunkt ist die Mitte der langen Seite Lima zu Kurbelwellenscheibe.

Besser wohl mit der 90° Methode. und lieber etwas zu wenig, dann rutscht der Riemen durch und quietscht, und du mußt nachspannen, als zu fest, das geht auf der Lager.

du meinst einfach testen ob er sich zwischen den grossen zahnrädern um 90 drehen lässt?
