G101 TD parts needed

Hello All,

I am at the moment rebuilding a CL61 engine. For this I need a set of new pistons and connecting rodsas the gudion pins have worn and also the small end bushes. I have a quote from a local dealer (Holland) at 101 euro for a piston and 118 for a rod. Anyone out there in Germany who can knock that down a bit for me ?. Also need a oilpump.

Hello All,

After some searching I found new small end bushes are availeble. So I would just need pistons and gudion pins. Dai told me that these are DMA parts wich means they have to be re-manufactured. So it could take months or they may not even get made. So anyone got a set of new pistons laying about for me including the gudion pins ? Please ?

I DO like the litle CL diesel engine ! I'm spending some good money to get it sorted. Will fit a intercooler as Fritz_s seems to have good results with that.

I mean new Parts, or u want only used parts?

but you can look @ all Ebay sites and mobile.de and autoscout24.de, for long time (4 months???) i have see a diesel there...

Your english is prety good compaired to my german !.

The parts I need should be new. I've taken three of these engines apart and it's all the same, For example, gudion pin bearing play is specified as 0,0145 and I got 0,15 or similar. Aparently the parts take a real beating in these engines, so seccond hand parts won't do. I want to make it as good as new, I'm going to be driving it every day. Now Dai do not have these in stock anywhere, it's reported as a DMA. This means they have to be made if you want them. If I order these it may take two or three months or they may even not make them for lack of people who want the rest of them. (I suspect they wait until there are a certain number ordered before starting production).

Hello Wildbolz,

At the moment I could use :

small end bushes or complete rods (pref 6 of either)
camshaft (same as for CL11)
set of valves (same as for cl11)

So far been able to source :

2 new cylinder blocks with pistons and pins
new oil pump
undersize camshaft bearings
undersize crank and bigend bearings
1 new cylinder head (minus valves and camshaft!)
